Refund policy
If the wrong product is shipped, or if the product is defective or damaged during transportation, we will accept returns and exchanges with shipping costs borne by our store. A replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
For food products, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
For non-food products, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival only if the item is unopened and the tags are still attached. Refunds or exchanges for products of equal or lesser value are possible. Returns or refunds are not accepted for opened products.
